Fleetman Construction - Builders of unique new homes and extensions in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire Manufacturers of purpose made joinery including Doors & Windows Plumbers & Heating Engineers in the Newark & Lincoln Area.

Established in 1987 by Dean Fleet-Chapman, Fleetman Construction has grown and diversified to meet the requirements of the modern day customer. We have designed and built a large range of luxury one-off houses and Quality Barn Conversions, some of which can be viewed in our completed developments section. In addition to building individual properties for sale on our own developments, we are recognised locally as a leading company for the self-builder. Fleetman Construction offer a complete project management service including the co-ordination and management of nominated sub-contractors, or we can provide any individual aspect of the self-build process depending upon how much involvement the customer wants to have. Our customers range from the self-builder with a definitive scheme that they wish to achieve, to the customer requiring the whole Design and Build package from initial drawings to moving in, with minimal input.

In 1994 Fleetman Construction became a Partnership adding the Quantity Surveying skills of Louise Fleet-Chapman to complement the extensive services offered. In 2003, the Partnership moved on again, to become Fleetman Construction Ltd. Rob Traves, previously of R.S. Traves Construction came on board as a director and site manager. The commitment to the company since it began of both Max Fleet-Chapman and Mike White were formally recognised as they too became directors of the company.
